The Pentagon has approached Congress to grant the Secretary of Defense the authority to post almost 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States in times of emergency or a major disaster.

This request has already occasioned a dispute with the nation’s governors. And it raises the prospect of U.S. military personnel patrolling the streets of the United States, in conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.

sounds to me that the governors are afraid they will abuse that power. frankly so am I.

UN/JSOC TROOPS

i urge you to get wised up about JSOC&DELTA/SEAL TEAM6,they are exempt from the law which forbids troop deployment on US soil also exempt is a special ops unit of international mercenaries coverd as UN troops (16 000 strong and rising) but under executive command of Warren Buffet and a certain General,his involvement and the name of this outfit (which ran joint excersises with army & law enforcement since 2004) are classified and as such,not to compromise myself or this site,will for now,remain so.however they will make an appearance during a FEMA-US ARMY/NAVY joint excersise in Arkansas on may 21st & btw US Governors have neither jurisdiction nor any powers whatsoever.all excecutive mandate was handed over to the10 FEMA region commanders/governors,under the HOMELAND SECURITY ACT -it never fails to amuse me how american citizens fail to show any interest in the publications of their own so-called government,i get that you gotta be a bit of a nut to read through 5000 pages of garble,but what's the alternative?

I wipe my arse with Warren Buffet,and Soros for that matter. There should be no US troops stationed on US soil other than on their bases. The National Guard can do whatever is needed.

The guard is no longer under the authority of the govenors,
thanks to the first Bush. I don't understand the Buffet

Why do you think there are no jobs-except police-soldiers-prison guards TSA, HLS? It is all part of the Rockefeller/Rothschild agenda-of depopulation and chipping everyone. Soldiers ect, have no conscience about the evil/destruction of life they do(they are proud of it). They obey-they do not question. The plan is to pay them only-everyone else will go-much like the millions Stalin killed. The soldiers will accept the chip-follow orders-civillians will not. They are being trained to kill civilians in the wars-so they can come home and do the same. There will be a food shortage/food supplied by the Govt. will be poisoned, the plan is to kill off all civilians-by many means-they will have no homes or money soon-just Fema camps. All they want is the chipped soldiers, the chip will lead to much worse-technology will turn the humans into robots with computer parts in their brains-robot eyes-pig DNA, limbs that are machinery and can be removed and replaced. The elite want a supply of robots-male and female to serve them. Everyone else is being slowly eliminated. Using the economy-food-water-medicine-germ warfare-but mostly making all of you demand freedom and so become terrorists for the soldiers/police/prisons-to treat as the enemy. WW# began with 9-11, it is a war against all of you. Just as they use Christians to kill off all the people in the middle east, they will use the soldiers(pay only the soldiers)to kill off all the Christians. They are forcing them to become satanists and commit satanic acts to prove their allegiance to satan-(killer cops)-Don't worry these morons the elite (illumi'nutty')are not in control-there are higher powers in the Universe that are in control--The comet impact will alter their plans-I wouldn't want to be the elite-or go to where they will all be taken.
