Quake Jolts Northern Japan, Felt in Tokyo

TOKYO -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 jolted northern Japan on Sunday, the Japan Meteorological agency said.

The quake, at 12:33 p.m., was also felt in Tokyo.
